My year in cities - 2012

I've done this a few times in the past, I missed last year so I wanted to make sure I got around to doing it this year, even if I'm a few days late.

Home is Westerville, Ohio

I spent a lot of time in Chagrin Falls, Ohio this year wear my parents live.

I also spent a few nights in Buckeye Lake, Ohio where my in-laws live.

A very memorable night in Conneaut Lake Park in Pennsylvania.

We had a great cruise vacation this summer that had us spending a night just outside of Baltimore, Maryland, then a few nights on the Atlantic Ocean and Bermuda.

Another family vacation gave us some great days and nights in Deep Creek, Maryland.

A great year with some ups and many downs but I made it through and I'm ready for a fresh start in 2013. I'm already looking forward to a few nights in Florida coming up!

Happy New Year to you!

My Year in Cities 2009

I hope that everybody had a wonderful holiday season and a very happy new year! I had a great season spending lots of time with family and friends which is what it's all about. I had fun last year looking back through the year to see where my travel took me, I think 2008 was a little more interesting in travel but this year we bought the new house so that was pretty interesting as well.

Here is my year in cities for 2009:

Pickerington, OH - while we renovated the new house
Westerville, OH - New house

My year in cities - 2008

I thought this was a cool idea, I saw it over on Make It a very fun blog about starting your own crafting business. The rule is you must have spent at least one night in each city.

Columbus, OH
Cleveland, OH
Dayton, OH
Springfield, OH
Athens, OH
Elyria, OH
Lansing, WV (White Water Rafting)
Vancouver, Canada
Houston, TX
Wayne National Forrest, OH (Camping!)
Eagle River, AK
Homer, AK
Denali National Park, AK
Seward, AK
Cincinnati, OH
Buckeye Lake, OH
Rock Hill, SC (right outside of Charlotte)

It looks like I spend a lot of time around Ohio, makes sense. 2008 was a great year, I seemed to be pretty busy. I really like this idea, I think I will continue this list next year and see where the year takes me.

Where did 2008 take you?
